.. My god. It's been SO long since I've been back here, and I apologize to the patient folks who've wanted to join! You've all been added to the list, sorry about that. x___X

The only excuse I can offer is this: life happened. Moving to a new place, getting a job, family moving across country, then planning a move back to join them in a few months, then factor into that personal stress and money issues.. that's kind of what's been going on with me. Unfortunately, I feel that this club has been terribly neglected, but it's nice to see that the Hayate love still burns on for everyone!

So, without further adieu, we have eight (count 'em!) new members, as well as two new submissions from ~Okitakehyate.

Again I'm putting out there the offer to have co-mods! Applications are still being taken! I need someone here to help me out so we don't go for a long stretch of time without updates again! Just send a note to the main account here to apply~!

I would love to start another contest again to get some interest flowing into here, but with my schedule I'm afraid I wouldn't be able to crank out a prize. Is anybody willing to help us out on that ground, or would you guys be willing to do a prizeless draw-off just for the sport of it?

Opinions, guys! Please feel free to send them to me.

Gekkou Hayate is a character in Masashi Kishimoto's manga/anime series, Naruto, and is one of the proctors for the chuunin exams. Although he's a minor character, he's managed to win over a few fans. Like him? Then join up!

Okay, here are a few simple guidelines to joining:
- 1. You must at least like Hayate.
- 2. Please have read or watched at least a little of Naruto. It'd be nice, y'know.
- 3. Most importantly, please know who Hayate is. Aside from the description provided from the top of the journal here.
